Representing a seller, I effectively (and beautifully) market the property and then negotiate the highest possible price with the cleanest terms for the sale. Representing a buyer, I will provide options for what is currently on the market that fits your budget, run numbers and I will be assertive in negotiating every aspect of the transaction from the sales price to the sellers' concessions, and repairs. How I care about my clients drives me to be the best I can be for them to succeed in their real estate journey. I understand the market, the players, and all the variables involved.
I moved to Fayetteville, NC in 2008 on military orders from Schweinfurt Germany. As a former military spouse, I know all about the military lifestyle, the struggles, obstacles, and the need for a good realtor once the new duty station is determined. Since I made Fayetteville my home, I have witnessed how the city has grown, the impact it had and still has on my children growing up here, and the connections I have built over the years.
